A well-established boutique law firm in Newport Beach is seeking a seasoned Probate Litigation Partner to support succession planning and continued practice growth. - Partner-level role within a respected boutique litigation practice
- Part of an active succession plan as senior partners transition
- High-quality caseload involving complex trust, estate, and fiduciary disputes

- $250K-$300K base (DOE + portable business) + bonus
- 1,900 billable hour target

- Fiduciary duty and accounting disputes
- Real property issues tied to estates or trusts
- Business interest disputes within estate administration
- Partition, title, and related real estate-adjacent litigation
- 10-20+ years of Probate Litigation experience
- Trial experience strongly preferred
- Ability to independently run complex matters
- Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
- Portable book ideally $400K-$500K+ (flexible based on fit)
